I have an idea about day and night. Some heroes add more effect at night or day time. Ex: Nightmare – Night Killer add more 1% or 2% bash all lv at night; when Priestess of the Moon uses Elune's Wrath at night, increase area more 100 range around her.

I like this idea, but kinda remember wasnt used cos may cause imbalances.... not sure.
